THE WORLD'S BEST NEW MUSIC

London-based singer, songwriter, and performer Camille Munn has quickly established herself as a vital new voice within contemporary UK soul and dance culture. Operating closely with the Brighter Days Family collective, Munn crafts music designed to bridge club dancefloors, festival grounds, and intimate live performance spaces. Her sound sits at the crossroads of classic garage, soulful house, and contemporary R&B, driven by liquid vocal arrangements and unshakeable groove. Emphasizing music that heals as much as it moves, Munn frames her art as an invitation toward presence, self-belief, and shared euphoria.

On Desire To Be, Munn offers a compact yet shimmering progress report on her burgeoning career. Serving as a reflective milestone, the project functions as an open invitation to embrace movement, presence, and personal evolution. At the core of the EP is Munn’s deep-seated affinity for soulful dance music - tracks that resonate physically just as much as they do sonically.

From driving house rhythms to lush, atmospheric electronic textures, the collection embodies what Munn calls "dance music on a new wavelength." True to the broader ethos of the Brighter Days Family imprint, every arrangement feels crafted to lift spirits and bring people together across diverse spaces. It is an uplifting, beautifully performed release that leaves the listener feeling lighter, brighter, and undeniably compelled to move. The set oipens with the sultry tone of dance floor grooves "See It Through," "As The Sun" and "Luv Song," but Munn is at her best when the energy levels kick into higher gears. Her machine-gun speak-sing vocals on "Woman Is a Gun" and "Get Down" are highlights that foreshadow wonderful things to come.
